WHO WE ARE

New Jersey Affordable Real Estate ("NJAfford") is non-profit organization dedicated to providing affordable housing. We actively seek properties that can be converted or properties that can be developed.  As a non-profit, NJ Afford is actively seeking land and property donations, financial investment, and government financing. Working closely with local Realtors, NJ Afford offers various investment and tax deductible cooperation.
